We believe that open houses are a great way to attract potential buyers to a listing. However, an ordinary open house gets you ordinary results. We go above and beyond an ordinary open house to create an Open House Event. Read below to find out how we create an Open House Event.

How do we do this?

We start by hand delivering 300+ open house invitations to your neighborhood leading up to our first open house weekend. This is a great way to let your neighbors know that your home is now on the market! You may be surprised to find out that one or more of your neighbors has friends or family that wants to move into the neighborhood.

We place special signs in the front yard with the day and time of the open houses for the following weekend. When we begin marketing your home potential buyers will drive by to look at the neighborhood. We want them to know that they can come back and see the inside of the home at our open house.

Your open house will be advertised on the major home search websites such as Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Redfin.com, and Trulia.com. Many of the potential buyers that visit our open houses tell us that they learned about the open house on one of these websites.

The open house will be advertised on Facebook.com by boosting a post that includes the open house information and the virtual video tour of your home. The post will be shown to Facebook users who browse Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Redfin.com, and Trulia.com.

On the day of the open house we put out bright yellow, eye-catching signs on the major nearby street corners. These signs are a great way to bring in more potential home buyers because they are easy to see when compared to most other open house signs. They also do a great job of directing people who received an invitation or saw the open house online.
